This great family mountain cabin is located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe in Kingswood, Kings Beach. The great room has a cozy wood burning fireplace for those chilly Lake Tahoe winter nights, a large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The home is bright and charming with a very large sunny deck for a summer family BBQ. There are two master suites each with a Jacuzzi bathtub, making this home perfect for two families to enjoy. The Trout House backs up to the Tahoe National Forest so are can either hike, snowshoe, cross county ski or sled right out the back door. This is a family vacation home through and through!

Located off Highway 267 in Kingswood East, 5 minutes to Northstar Ski Resort and 5 minutes to the beaches of Lake Tahoe. Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and Mount Rose are all about 25 minutes away. The North Shore also boasts wonderful lakefront restaurants and a variety of nightlife including casinos. A great central location to enjoy the Tahoe Area!

Dog Friendly Policy

Rates:

Summer / Winter: $300 a night $1800 a week
Spring / Fall: $250 a night $1500 a week
Christmas: $350 a night $2500 a week
New Years: $400 a night $2600 a week

*Thanksgiving is at high season rates
*Sometimes prices can be negotiable - Please call
Cleaning Fee: $165
Lodging Tax: 10%
Dog Fee: $30 per stay or per week
Refundable Security Deposit: $500
